Ingredients
 

  • 3-4 large handfuls fresh spinach
  • 1 lemon peeled
  • 1 inch fresh ginger (2,5 cm)
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 large apples

  1. Wash all produce well.
  2. Peel the lemon.
  3. Add spinach and lemon to the hopper first. Follow with the ginger, then load the cucumber and apples on top and let the juicer do its thing.
  4. Pour and drink immediately, or store in an airtight Nama glass bottle filled to the top.
