Glass of freshly pressed beet juice on a light wood surface with whole beet, apple, carrots, and ginger — the daily blend for beet juice benefits
Raw Food Feast Recipes by Mirjam Henzen

Daily Beet Juice Blend with Apple, Carrot and Ginger (Raw, Cold-Pressed)

This is the blend that makes beet juice something you'll actually look forward to. Earthy-sweet beet, balanced by apple and carrot, lifted with lemon, and warmed with fresh ginger. Not even 5 minutes from juicer to glass — and your body knows exactly what to do with it from the first sip.
